There will be 1,700 flats in the block.
Etalon Group, one of the major Russian developers, has started the construction of a new ‘business light’ class apartment block in Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg.
Gennady Scherbina, President of Etalon Group, said: ‘Congratulations to everyone on the wonderful project. We have a great general contractor, the funding will be sustainable. So I wish you luck, colleagues, may the project progress on schedule, with new beautiful buildings and kindergartens.’
Alexandra Zakharova, deputy head of the Moskovsky District administration, added: ‘We trust you and hope that our cooperation will be as successful as it was in the previous years, and that everything will be completed on schedule.’
The Che block will consist of six buildings with almost 1,700 apartments, underground and ground parking lots, and two kindergartens. A special feature of the project will be French windows. The project is to be completed within just three years. Despite the pandemic, the company is on schedule. Etalon has never been behind the schedule during its 30 years of operations.
Gennady Scherbina told: ‘We have built some 7 million of square meters during our 32-year history, and now more than 250 thousand people live in those houses, as much as a population of an average Russian town. So we could say we have built a town.’
Moskovsky District is developing quite dynamically, with new apartment blocks and social infrastructure being built. Etalon as a socially responsible developer builds schools and kindergartens as part of their housing construction projects.
