St. Petersburg artist expressed his vision of the pandemic in graffiti.
St. Petersburg’s Museum of street art has posted a new graffiti work by artist Pavel Pletnyov in its social media account.
The black swan in the picture illustrates the realities of hospital life during the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the author, the black swan symbolizes entropy, deception and false illusions and is a reference to ‘The Black Swan’ by Nassim Taleb.
In the graffiti, Pavel Pletnyov tried to express people’s alarm resulting from their uncertainty in the future.
