St. Petersburg, Moscow, Yaroslavl, Sevastopol, and Tver are the top 5 Russian cities with the best quality of living in the first quarter of 2020, TASS reports quoting the research by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.
They are followed by Nizhny Tagil, Kaluga, Arkhangelsk, Tula, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Novorossiysk, Surgut, Ivanovo, and Ryazan.
The criteria used when compiling the ranking were crime rate, financial market stability, population income, people’s willingness to move to another place, and interest in culture.
