Church services will be held without laymen until further notice.
The Orthodox churches in St. Petersburg will continue worship services without laymen, in accordance with the directive of Metropolitan Varsonofy of St. Petersburg and Ladoga.
The Metropolitan has informed the believers that church worship services will continue to be held without laymen until further notice.
‘Following my messages of April 13 and April 21 I inform that I have extended the ban for laymen to attend church services in all the churches of the St. Petersburg Eparchy during the viral epidemic for the time being,’ the Metropolitan said addressing St. Petersburg Orthodox believers.
