A world class innovation complex to be built on the territory.
The territory of the Okhta Cape in St. Petersburg will be developed to a concept designed by Japanese architects. As a spokesperson for Gazpromneft told Saint-Petersburg TV Channel, the company announced the results of an international tender to choose the site development contractor on March 2.
It is planned to build a world class innovation complex on the territory. It will consist of two 28-meter high buildings and a park facing the Neva embankment.
A special feature of the project is an open-air observation area in the aerial passage between the two buildings.
The ground floor of the buildings will be occupied by exhibition and conference halls, restaurants, cafes, a sports center and a clinic. The rest will be Gazpromneft’s offices, technology development and international project management centers.
The architectural concept is to be finalized yet.
