The educational project was initiated by St. Petersburg and Sberbank.
St. Petersburg and Sberbank have concluded an agreement on developing the educational project School 21. The document was signed by St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov and Sberbank Board Chairman German Gref.
According to the St. Petersburg Government press office, School 21 will be based on the ‘school of the future’ concept with no teachers, lectures and marks.
Students will work on projects on campuses. The curriculum will consist of 21 level. Education in School 21 will be free.
Alexander Beglov gave instructions to find a building for the new educational establishment. The Governor said the new initiative will provide qualified personnel for St. Petersburg companies.
