Sweden’s Bonava has acquired a land plot to build new housing estate in the Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg, Kommersant business daily reports. The territory measuring 6.8 thousand square meters is located in Kuznetsovskaya Street.
The cost of the deal is not disclosed, neither the timeline of the project is specified. The company is expected to start developing project planning documentation in the near future.
Bonava has been in the market since the 1930s. The company operates in Sweden, Germany, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Latvia, Estonia, and in St. Petersburg.
