It could be built across the Neva to connect the Proletarskaya metro station and Bolshevikov Prospect.
The Government of St. Petersburg is reported to be discussing an idea of building an aerial cableway across the Neva River. According to Kommersant business daily, the cableway is expected to connect the Proletarskaya metro station and Bolshevikov Prospect.
A cableway could improve access to the new densely populated Kudrovo district. The idea is that inhabitants could use tram that runs along Bolshevikov Prospect to get to the Neva embankment and cross the river by the cableway.
According to the St. Petersburg Committee for transport infrastructure development, the Committee is not working on this project at present.
