The new public space will combine a forest park zone with pristine nature.
A new eco-park is to be created in Kamyshovaya Street in the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg. According to the St. Petersburg Committee for improvement press office, the eco-park covering a territory of 75 hectares is to be opened in 2021.
The new public space will combine a forest park zone with pristine nature. There will be sports and playgrounds, a concert pavilion, and other facilities in the park, as well as walking tracks of various length and difficulty.
In 2017-2018, preliminary works were completed on the eco-park territory. The contractor prepared sand surfaces for road construction and removed deadwood and shrubbery.
