Metrostroy will be building a tunnel on the Bolshaya Koltsevaya (Great Circle) line.
St. Petersburg-based Metrostroy metro construction company has been contracted to take part in building metro in Moscow. According to the company press office, on the night of January 16 Mettrostroy specialists started installing their equipment at the Mozhaiskaya (Kuntsevsksys) station of the Moscow metro.
It will take some time to assemble and start-adjust the equipment, tunnel drilling is expected to begin in the second half of February.
The Mozhaiskaya station of the Bolshaya Koltsevaya line currently under construction is to be put into operation in 2021. It will offer transfer to the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya and Filyovskaya lines.
