There will be kiosks selling souvenirs and Christmas gifts in the Malaya Sadovaya Street.
This year, the St. Petersburg Christmas fair will be open in the Manezhnaya Square and Malaya Sadovaya Street from December 12, 2019 till January 13, 2020.
According to the press office of St. Petersburg Vice Governor Yevgeny Yelin, this year the concept of the fair is defined by the fact that 2020 was announced the Year of Folk Art in Russia.
There will be concerts, contests, prize drawings, and other entertainments for the guests of the fair. Some 500 singers, dancers, an actors will perform on the main scene of the fair. There will a residence of Father Frost and a House of Crafts for children.
Christmas fairs have been held in St. Petersburg since 2006.
