The St. Petersburg Committee for transport has prepared a regulation on closing the navigation.
The St. Petersburg Government has published a draft regulation on closing the river navigation season in St. Petersburg. According to the document, small watercraft will not be allowed to the city’s rivers and canals after November 15.
This concerns all the rivers and canals of St. Petersburg with the exception of the Neva River, the navigation on the Neva is regulated by the Volgo-Balt Waterways Administration.
Bridge drawing will be stopped on November 30 on the Neva River and on November 15 on its estuaries.
