The programming competition was held in the Facebook office in Dublin.
Gennady Korotkevich, a postgraduate student at St. Petersburg’s ITMO University, has become a three-time winner of the Facebook Hacker Club programming competition. According to the ITMO press office, in the final round of the competition the Russian programmer solved all the six problems quicker than the other contenders.
Over 6 thousand programmers from all over the world took part in the competition. Several dozens of the best performers from Russia, China, Poland, Republic of Korea, the US and other countries got into the final.
Prior to this, Gennady Korotkevich had already won the Facebook Hacker Club competition twice, in 2014 and in 2015.
