St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov reminded that e-visas are now available for travelers whose destination is St. Petersburg.
St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov has given several tips for tourists planning a visit to St. Petersburg in social media.
He believes, when in St. Petersburg, one should see the bridges drawn, taste smelt, try to throw a coin at the Chizhik-Pyzhik siskin sculpture, find a sphynx, get soaked in the rain, eat shaverma doner and fall in love with the city for ever.
Alexander Beglov reminded that since October 1 electronic visas are available for travelers from many countries. He added that the city’s transport and touristic infrastructure is fully prepared for e-visas.
At present, e-visa holders can come to St. Petersburg by airplane, car or ferry. For rail transport, some technical issues remain to be solved.
