Clue: you need a Visit SPb city pass.
In October this year a winter version of the Visit SPb city pass will be available in St. Petersburg. According to the city Committee for Tourism, the special offer will allow tourists to save up to 70% of their expenses in St. Petersburg, not only in summer time, but now in winter, too.
The pass is valid during two days and offers city visitors an opportunity to admire the city on a double-deck bus tour, to study its profound history visiting St. Peter and Paul Cathedral and St. Isaak’s Cathedral, to see an exhibition in the Faberge Museum, to go to a ballet or to a concert, and to enjoy the fountains in Peterhof.
According to the Committee for Tourism, the Visit SPb city pass is popular with visitors from both Russian regions and the EU countries.
Acting Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov pays much attention to developing tourism in St. Petersburg, the city is pursuing an all-season tourism programme aimed at providing visitors to the city with interesting leisure options and attractions all year round.
