Alexander Beglov defined priorities for the city government.
St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov promised to take into account the suggestions and ideas voiced by residents when planning development of the city. Also, these plan will include pre-election proposals that other candidates made.
During the election campaign, St. Petersburg residents suggested over 400 thousand ideas for developing and improving the city environment. The city government will take these initiatives into consideration.
Alexander Beglov urged the city government to start acting and fulfilling the obligations taken immediately. He defined drafting the city budget for 2020-2021, helping the so called ‘cheated homebuyers’ (co-investors who bought flats from private construction companies in houses that were never built), getting ready for the winter and pursuing policy to contain tariff growth as top priorities for the city government.
